My personal interest blog will be about creating props, event design and planning on a shoestring budget. It will be called Frugal Frights and Delights.
It will have do-it-yourself(DIY) tutorials on a variety of seasonal themes with a mix of pertinent information for those who like to create a little magic throughout the year.
To accomplish this task, I will be using WordPress.com because it is very user friendly and easily accessible.
Life is too short to be normal, uninspiring, or average. By links, my own commentary, tutorials, photos and discussion, people will learn how to create in an unconventional way.
According to a National Retail Federation survey in 2011, the average American will be looking to buy life-size Halloween props this year. It is a holiday that is second in spending to Christmas. But not everyone will have the cash flow to be able to achieve their decorating ideas. That’s where Frugal Frights and Delights can help.
